With a background as a former custom home builder, Harold is now an Associate Broker and licence real estate sales person, a CERC Relocation Specialist (RRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a member of the RE/MAX International 100% Club, a past member of the RE/MAX International Platinum Club, the number 1 sales associate in the RE/MAX metro-city Bells Corners (Nepean) Ottawa office (year 2000), in the top 1% of RE/MAX nationally (year 2000), and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

Harold, as one of the top real estate professionals in the Ottawa area prides himself with providing excellent service to his clients. His commitment to life long learning to sharpen his professional, personal and interpersonal skills have allowed him to remain a leader in today’s real estate market.

	He is actively involved within the Ottawa and the Ottawa valley community. He has been a fund raiser for Operation Go Home for youth, the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, the Queensway Carleton Hospital, the local Food Cupboards, the Salvation Army, and has worked on many programs for the youth, the elderly, and the physically challenged. Harold is a past director of the Nepean Kanata Chamber of Commerce, a founding member of the Kanata Chamber of Commerce, a past director of the March Rural Association and has been awarded the Business Person of the Year 2000 by the Greater Nepean Chamber of Commerce. Harold is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Ottawa Kanata Sunrise, a benefactor of the Rotary Foundation, and a multiple Paul Harris Award recipient.

The ABR designation is awarded to real estate salespeople who have participated in the required extensive classroom training, written examination, and who have demonstrated a proven ability to properly represent purchasers.
